Senior Global Roaming Coordinator

About the role

The Senior Global Roaming Coordinator will lead the operational execution of roaming roll‑out plans across multiple markets. You will act as the main liaison with roaming partners, negotiate International Roaming Agreements, and ensure seamless testing and launch of roaming services.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain communication with roaming partners worldwide.
• Support negotiation and coordination of International Roaming Agreements (IRAs).
• Drive testing, implementation, and launch of roaming services according to the roll‑out plan.
• Monitor progress against rollout schedules, flag risks or delays, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation and status updates in the Roaming Management Tool.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams across multiple regions to ensure effective service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in mobile roaming or telecom operations.
• Proven experience in coordination roles within roaming rollout or similar functions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a structured, systematic manner.
• Collaborative mindset with cross‑cultural awareness.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
