Senior Graphic Designer – Branding & Visuals

About the role

Melior is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with 3‑4 years of experience to lead brand‑focused design work across branding, social media, pitch decks, and logo design. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure visual consistency across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Study briefs, conceptualize visuals, and present drafts and mood boards.
• Design branding assets, logos, illustrations, and mobile‑first digital assets.
• Create compelling social media content and pitch decks that align with brand guidelines.
• Revise designs based on feedback while maintaining brand integrity.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay updated on design trends.
• Provide guidance and constructive feedback to junior designers when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or related field.
• 3–4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or in‑house team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, pitch decks, and logo design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to incorporate feedback while preserving brand consistency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Basic motion graphics or video editing using After Effects.
• Basic video editing using Premiere Pro.
