Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to create high‑quality, performance‑focused visuals for a range of client campaigns. You will lead the design of ad creatives, social media content, carousels, and static assets while guiding junior designers to maintain a consistent visual standard.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑impact graphics for client campaigns, including ad creatives, carousels, statics, and social media posts.
• Develop multiple design variations to test different ad angles and improve performance.
• Review and mentor the Junior Graphic Designer, ensuring strong visual quality and brand consistency across all work.
• Research design trends, propose new visual directions, and refine designs based on client feedback and ad performance.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design portfolio with a Behance link (required).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Proven experience guiding junior designers and delivering fast, reliable execution.
• Understanding of modern advertising, social media design, and performance‑driven creative.
