Senior HR Associate – People & Talent

About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Associate – People & Talent to drive HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle. The role focuses on talent management, performance management, learning & development, employee engagement and HR operations, working closely with employees, managers and HR leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Support and implement the talent management framework, talent reviews, succession planning and internal mobility.
• Manage the end‑to‑end performance management cycle, set goals, monitor timelines and provide analytics.
• Conduct training needs analysis, coordinate learning initiatives and track effectiveness.
• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, employee records, onboarding, promotions and off‑boarding.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, gather feedback and drive culture initiatives.
• Partner with managers on performance, development, team structure and talent‑related matters.
• Maintain HR data, produce reports and identify process improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience across operations, performance, talent or L&D.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Hands‑on experience with performance management and goal‑setting.
• Exposure to talent management, succession planning and competency frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with managers and employees on people matters.
• Strong analytical, organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and HRIS platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives independently with a proactive, problem‑solving approach.
