Senior HR Manager - Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations

About the role

Recruit AI is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function with a strong focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. The role will support both local and international hiring, ensure compliance with labour laws, and foster an inclusive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with Recruit AI’s business objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for local and global positions.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of five HR professionals to deliver efficient HR services.
• Handle employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts promptly.
• Design and maintain performance management systems for appraisals, recognition, and career development.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labour legislation and keep HR policies up to date.
• Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Conduct workforce and succession planning to meet current and future organisational needs.
• Oversee training and development initiatives using learning management systems and create e‑learning content.
• Utilise HR information systems for accurate record‑keeping, workflow management, and reporting to leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing HR functions and leading a team.
• Strong communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation management, and workforce planning.
• Ability to drive organizational development, diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning initiatives.
