Senior Key Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Key Account Executive to lead point‑of‑contact efforts with our key customers, driving category optimisation and range expansion in line with Reckitt’s growth ambitions. Based in a designated region, you will manage and grow key accounts, build strong relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain seamless alignment of demand and supply, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute tailored strategies with customers, managing trading terms and partnership plans.
• Collaborate with store operations teams to ensure effective execution and maximise business opportunities.
• Plan and launch new store openings, delivering strategic growth initiatives.
• Implement category strategies, launch events, new product introductions and promotional plans.
• Manage the end‑to‑end order‑to‑cash cycle, from demand generation to payment recovery.
• Oversee in‑store merchandising to meet joint business plan requirements and train on‑ground teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management within fast‑moving consumer goods or similar sectors.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with customers and internal cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
