Senior Maintenance Executive – Electrical & Mechanical

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Executive to lead electrical and mechanical upkeep of our plant in Korangi, Karachi. The role is shift‑based and focuses on maximizing equipment reliability while complying with strict food‑safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programmes.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns, perform root‑cause analysis and implement timely repairs.
• Ensure all maintenance activities meet GMP, HACCP and other food‑safety regulations.
• Manage critical spare‑parts inventory and maintain comprehensive maintenance logs.
• Identify and recommend process or machinery improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.

Required profile

• BE or B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food‑production environment.
• Proven ability to work rotational shifts and on‑site in a fast‑paced setting.
