About the role
The Senior Manager Academics will oversee education and research activities, strengthen collaborations with external scholars, and ensure high‑quality learning experiences for students. This role also serves as a key point of contact for student concerns and drives inter‑departmental coordination on academic matters.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct and supervise education‑related and research tasks.
- Collaborate with external researchers and educationists to improve curriculum and teaching standards.
- Communicate with students, addressing academic and professional queries promptly.
- Facilitate coordination between departments, especially on issues affecting education delivery.
Required profile
- Chartered Accountant (ICAP member) with a minimum of five years post‑qualification experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for analysis and research.
- Enthusiasm for leveraging information technology in academic environments.
