Senior Manager - Growth Marketing

About the role

Flipdish is looking for a senior, hands‑on Growth Marketing Manager to own full‑funnel demand generation across the UK and Ireland. You will manage a mature Meta paid‑media programme and expand the acquisition mix through new channels, AI‑driven tactics, and rigorous experimentation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise Flipdish’s Meta paid‑media programme, protecting efficiency while scaling profitable demand.
• Manage Google PPC and other paid platforms, leveraging AI and automation for routine optimisation.
• Design and run structured experiments across creative, audiences, bidding, channel mix and emerging AI‑driven discovery channels.
• Evaluate channels using full‑funnel economics (CPL, CAC, payback period) to guide investment decisions.
• Partner with SEO/AEO specialists to align paid and organic strategies and maximise overall demand capture.
• Build dashboards and automate reporting to keep the wider Marketing team informed of performance and experiment outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Commercial, Design and Brand teams to refine positioning and iterate creative assets quickly.
• Challenge sub‑optimal decisions with evidence‑based recommendations.

Required profile

• Senior‑level marketer with a proven track record in full‑funnel demand generation.
• Hands‑on experience managing large‑scale paid‑media budgets (five‑figure monthly spend).
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable analysing CPL, CAC and payback metrics.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills across product, commercial and creative teams.
