Senior Manager ICT Sales North

About the role

PTCL is looking for a Senior Manager to lead ICT sales for the northern region. The role combines deep technical expertise in cloud and infrastructure with strong pre‑sales and post‑sales capabilities to design and sell scalable, secure solutions to enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and design high‑performance cloud infrastructure using VMware, OpenShift, AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Collaborate with developers, network engineers and business analysts to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Create Infrastructure‑as‑Code templates with Terraform, CloudFormation or ARM.
• Lead hybrid and multi‑cloud adoption initiatives and drive cloud security compliance.
• Engage with customers throughout the sales cycle, understand requirements and propose tailored ICT solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and translate them into commercial opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field (Master’s preferred).
• At least 10 years of experience in cloud computing, with a focus on VMware cloud and security.
• Proven experience in pre‑sales and post‑sales engagements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• VMware, OpenShift, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
• Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Azure ARM templates.
• Cloud security standards: ISO 27001, NIST, PCI‑DSS, GDPR.
• Network security and firewall management.
