Senior Manager – Quality Assurance

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Quality Assurance to lead QA operations at our baking plant in Karachi. The ideal candidate is a qualified Food Technologist with 10‑15 years of experience in the biscuits and baking sector.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all quality assurance functions within the plant.
• Ensure compliance with BRCGS, FSSC 22000 and local regulatory standards.
• Implement and monitor Statistical Quality Control programs.
• Lead troubleshooting initiatives and resolve quality‑related challenges.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimise baking processes and product quality.
• Conduct training and presentations for internal stakeholders on quality standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related discipline.
• 10‑15 years of progressive QA experience, preferably in biscuits and baking manufacturing.
• In‑depth knowledge of BRCGS and FSSC 22000 standards.
• Strong problem‑solving capabilities and ability to manage challenging situations.
• Comprehensive understanding of baking processes and products.

Required skills

• Statistical Quality Control (SQC) expertise.
• Technical knowledge of ovens and mixing systems.
• Familiarity with BRCGS and FSSC 22000 certification requirements.
