Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management Data Analytics

About the role

The Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Data Analytics will lead the transformation of RGM from descriptive reporting to predictive and prescriptive decision‑making. Working closely with commercial, finance, marketing, sales, data science, engineering and product teams, the role will identify high‑value analytics opportunities and deliver measurable commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the RGM Advanced Analytics strategy, vision, roadmap and operating model.
• Identify, evaluate and prioritize high‑value analytics and AI opportunities across pricing, promotions, assortment, portfolio, customer and commercial planning.
• Own advanced analytics capabilities for pricing optimization, trade promotion optimization, assortment and portfolio optimization, commercial forecasting, scenario analysis and customer profitability analytics.
• Lead the development, deployment and adoption of machine‑learning, statistical and optimization models that support commercial decision‑making.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to validate outputs, ensure model explainability and embed analytics into commercial planning processes.

Required profile

• 8–15+ years of experience in data & analytics, data science, advanced analytics or commercial analytics, preferably in FMCG, retail or consumer‑goods environments.
• Proven track record leading advanced analytics or AI teams and delivering predictive/prescriptive solutions into production.
• Strong understanding of revenue growth management, pricing strategy, trade promotion management, assortment, portfolio strategy and commercial planning.
