Senior Manager – Sites (South Region)

About the role

The Senior Manager – Sites will lead the complete Sites function for the South region, overseeing retail and corporate site operations, installations and project execution. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards and satisfy customers while coordinating across multiple internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all site operations, installations and project execution activities.
• Ensure timely completion of projects in line with approved timelines, quality standards and customer requirements.
• Monitor site progress, execution quality, finishing standards and overall performance through regular visits and reporting.
• Coordinate seamlessly between Sales, Design, Production, Warehouse, SCM and Operations teams.
• Develop execution plans, installation schedules, manpower allocation and project timelines.
• Ensure all installation activities comply with SOPs, technical standards and quality benchmarks.
• Lead contractors, installers and site teams, monitoring performance, billing and work quality.
• Plan and allocate manpower and resources across projects.
• Coordinate material availability with SCM, Warehouse and Procurement to avoid delays.
• Maintain high standards of customer experience throughout execution and closure.
• Prepare and review project execution reports, complaint logs and operational dashboards.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience leading site or project operations.
• Strong background in contractor and resource management.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams (Sales, Design, SCM, Production, etc.).
• Experience ensuring compliance with SOPs, technical standards and quality controls.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills to address operational and technical issues.
