Senior Marketing Data Analyst

About the role

As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst at foodpanda, you will partner with senior marketing leaders across 16 markets to turn data into actionable insights that drive growth. You will design advanced measurement frameworks, mentor junior analysts, and champion AI‑driven analytics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute analytical studies such as A/B tests, geo‑tests, holdouts, and MMM models to quantify marketing ROI.
• Collaborate with senior marketing stakeholders to define objectives, prioritize analytics projects, and present insights.
• Develop complex SQL models in BigQuery and transform large datasets using dbt.
• Create user‑friendly dashboards and visualisations in Looker and Tableau, as well as AI‑powered root‑cause analysis agents.
• Identify, prototype, and scale AI‑enabled workflows, including automated anomaly detection and LLM‑assisted insight generation.
• Mentor and upskill junior analysts, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics with a strong focus on marketing measurement.
• 3+ years of experience leading analytical projects and influencing senior stakeholders.
