Senior Marketing Director – Beverages

About the role

PepsiCo Pakistan is looking for a Senior Marketing Director to lead the beverage portfolio. The role will shape vision, strategy and execution, delivering short‑ and long‑term brand and company plans that drive sustainable growth and brand equity.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver annual operating plans (AOP) and key metrics for the beverage category.
• Lead brand building and innovation agendas, ensuring market effectiveness, net revenue growth and share of market.
• Develop consumer and shopper activation plans by channel and region based on insights.
• Manage advertising and media budgets, media buying and local execution.
• Oversee communication strategy, media mix allocation and brand equity governance.
• Collaborate with sales and global strategy teams to create differentiated brand propositions.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing marketing team and succession bench.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive marketing and commercial leadership experience.
• Proven track record in brand positioning, communications, sponsorship and consumer promotions.
• Experience revitalising brands through innovation and driving profitable growth.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change, coach teams and influence senior executives.
