Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing initiatives, product launches and cross‑functional coordination for our food & beverage franchise clients. The role will oversee paid media campaigns, brand strategy and stakeholder communication, ensuring high ROI and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Direct, build, and optimize high‑ROI paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Lead end‑to‑end product launches, oversee regional and international brand events, and manage creative content/production workflows.
• Coordinate daily operations across marketing teams, design/content creators, warehouse/supply management, and external production units.
• Maintain clear, high‑level strategic communication with national and international franchise clients.
• Track performance metrics, ROI, acquisition costs, and brand visibility across digital touchpoints to continuously refine campaign tactics.

Required profile

• 7 to 10 years of proven experience in digital/performance marketing.
• Mandatory experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
• Proven team management, agency/brand coordination, and operational workflow experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English for global and local stakeholder interaction.
