Senior Media Buyer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Media Buyer to take full ownership of paid acquisition for a fast‑growing DTC brand. This is a full‑time remote position where you will work directly with our team using ClickUp and Slack.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust spend to maximise efficiency.
• Provide detailed analysis explaining why campaigns succeed or underperform.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align media strategy with overall business goals.
• Track time and productivity using Hubstaff.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience running Meta and Google campaigns within the last 12 months.
• Proven ability to manage real ad spend and deliver efficient results.
• Comfortable working remotely and communicating via ClickUp and Slack.
• Can articulate campaign performance beyond surface‑level reporting.
