About the role
The Senior Medical Manager will lead Medical Affairs strategy for multiple therapeutic areas across Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh. The role combines scientific leadership, KOL engagement and clinical research oversight to support business growth and portfolio advocacy.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute medical strategies aligned with global therapeutic plans and commercial priorities.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders across assigned therapeutic areas.
- Lead affiliate‑level clinical research including bio‑equivalence, epidemiological, registry and observational studies.
- Oversee medical operations to ensure compliance with global standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide scientific support to commercial teams, drive medico‑marketing activities and support product launches and lifecycle management.
Required profile
- Minimum MBBS qualification; postgraduate degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Significant experience in Medical Affairs and clinical research within the pharmaceutical industry.
