Senior Mobile Application Developer (Android & iOS)

About the role

EMPIRE GROUP is seeking a Senior Mobile Application Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of Android and iOS applications. The role involves managing the full app lifecycle from concept through post‑launch support while shaping the company’s global mobile strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of mobile applications.
• Lead end‑to‑end app development, including design, coding, testing, and release.
• Integrate APIs using Retrofit and implement VOIP functionalities.
• Utilise Firebase services such as Authentication, Realtime Database, and Storage.
• Develop, maintain, and publish iOS applications using Objective‑C/Swift.
• Switch between multiple projects and improve code quality through unit tests, automation, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience developing both Android and iOS applications.
• Proven experience publishing apps on Google Play and Apple App Store.
• Prior experience building VOIP applications on either platform.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to lead a development team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite (10 am‑7 pm shift).
