Senior Mobile & Platform Engineer – iOS/Android, KMP & DevOps

About the role

We are looking for a senior engineer to connect mobile development, backend services, databases, and infrastructure into a reliable development and delivery process. The role involves supporting Android and iOS developers, contributing to Kotlin Multiplatform architecture, and improving CI/CD workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Support Android and iOS developers with technical decisions, debugging, code reviews, and integration challenges.
• Develop and maintain shared application logic using Kotlin Multiplatform and contribute to native platform work when needed.
• Maintain architecture across mobile apps, backend services, APIs, and databases.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and manage self‑hosted GitHub runners.
• Establish AI‑assisted coding workflows, review AI‑generated code, and mentor developers in using AI tools.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in mobile software development with strong Kotlin/Android and Swift/iOS skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform, backend development, API design, and relational databases.
• Proven DevOps experience on Linux servers, application deployment, and operational troubleshooting.
• Excellent Git/GitHub knowledge, including GitHub Actions and runner management.
• Practical use of AI coding assistants and ability to create combined human‑AI development workflows.
