Senior Network Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join our Islamabad team. The role focuses on IT support, network administration and ensuring smooth operation of our systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user and group creation, access rights and security policies.
• Install, configure and support Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops.
• Configure and troubleshoot IP addressing, DHCP and DNS services.
• Support network infrastructure, firewall policies and access controls to maintain connectivity and performance.
• Provide first and second‑level technical support for hardware, software, printers and scanners.
• Assist with software installations, updates, inventory management and asset tracking.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Active Directory management.
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11 installation and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of IP addressing, DHCP, DNS and basic network troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and customer‑service orientation.
