Senior Officer PMO

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Officer PMO to lead end‑to‑end project management, KPI/OKR tracking and data‑driven reporting for our nationwide Network Operations & Maintenance Center. The role supports strategic decision‑making by delivering accurate analyses, dashboards and performance insights.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and control projects and special initiatives from initiation to post‑implementation review.
• Track and analyse operational KPIs, identify gaps and drive improvement actions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely progress and issue resolution.
• Prepare professional presentations and technical reports for senior management.
• Design, develop and automate interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Define departmental and regional KPIs, manage related policies and monitor action items across reporting cycles.

Required profile

• BE/BS degree in Telecom, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar PMO or project‑tracking role.
• Strong stakeholder‑management, communication and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Understanding of telecom networks (RAN, transport and core).
• Proficiency with MS Office suite – Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
• Experience with data‑analytics and visualization tools such as Python, Power BI and Tableau.
• Knowledge of project‑management methodologies and tools.
