Senior Outlet Manager – Coffeehouse

About the role

A premium international‑standard coffee and frozen‑yogurt brand is opening its first outlet in Karachi. We are looking for a Senior Outlet Manager to lead the new store, drive operational excellence and build a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
• Lead, coach and develop the store team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Achieve sales, profitability, productivity and customer‑satisfaction targets.
• Ensure compliance with international food safety, hygiene, quality and brand standards.
• Oversee inventory, cost control, cash management and daily store administration.
• Analyze business performance and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Support the rollout of future outlets by establishing robust operational processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a leading international or premium coffeehouse, café, QSR, frozen‑yogurt or restaurant chain.
• Strong knowledge of outlet operations, team management, inventory control, customer experience and compliance with international standards.
• Experience with back‑office operations, reporting and multi‑store exposure is an advantage.
• Familiarity with recognized international‑standard hospitality brands is highly preferred.
