Senior Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

TPS Water Technologies is looking for a senior professional to lead digital advertising, creative marketing strategies, and lead generation across local and international markets. The role combines strong analytical capabilities with creative expertise to drive measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta platforms, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and other channels.
• Plan budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies and conduct A/B testing, retargeting and conversion‑funnel optimisation.
• Lead creation of high‑performing ad creatives, copy and content, coordinating with designers and videographers.
• Implement conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and produce regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with web developers, sales and business‑development teams to improve landing‑page conversion and lead quality.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of performance‑marketing experience, preferably with B2B and international campaigns.
• Proven success managing and scaling paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning and communication skills.
