Senior Performance Media Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Performance Media Associate to lead the development and execution of data‑driven digital media strategies for key accounts. The role combines strategic planning, client advisory, and hands‑on campaign management across paid search, social, programmatic and emerging platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement performance‑focused media plans across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic and new platforms to achieve client objectives.
• Negotiate media buys and collaborate with partners to secure innovative, cost‑effective solutions.
• Oversee campaign trafficking, quality assurance, pacing, optimization and platform setup.
• Manage monthly media budgets, ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI.
• Establish reporting standards, analyse results with tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio, and deliver actionable insights to clients.
• Act as a strategic advisor, building strong client relationships and driving the digital agenda.
• Identify and test emerging technologies while leveraging existing partner relationships for first‑mover advantages.
• Coordinate with internal creative, strategy and technology teams to ensure holistic campaign success.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in digital media planning and performance marketing.
• Proven success managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and/or programmatic platforms.
• Strong analytical ability with experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio or similar data tools.
• Excellent communication and client‑management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience with performance creatives and A/B testing is a plus.
