Senior Procurement Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to lead our end‑to‑end procurement function. The role combines strategic sourcing, international supplier management, and logistics coordination to ensure material availability while optimizing costs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement plans, demand forecasting and sourcing strategies.
• Manage global supplier relationships, including OEMs, manufacturers and distributors.
• Oversee import operations, Letters of Credit, customs clearance and freight management.
• Negotiate contracts, payment terms and delivery schedules across international markets.
• Maintain inventory control using ABC analysis, cycle counting and reorder point systems.
• Collaborate with project, finance, sales and technical teams to align procurement with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and international trade regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certifications (CIPS, CSCP, CPSM, etc.) preferred.
• Proven experience in high‑value, complex procurement and global sourcing.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and understanding of international trade practices.
