Senior Product Manager - Integrations

About the role

Wizdaa is building an AI‑driven platform that must seamlessly connect with the myriad enterprise systems its customers already use—HR, payroll, timekeeping, ERP, identity providers, POS, and property management. As a Senior Product Manager for Integrations, you will own the end‑to‑end experience of these connections, from public APIs to data contracts, ensuring reliable, real‑time data flow.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the integrations roadmap, selecting which enterprise systems to target and deciding between building, partnering, or leveraging platform solutions.
• Own the public API and developer experience, including design, versioning, pagination, error handling, rate limiting, webhooks, documentation, and sandbox environments.
• Create canonical data models and contracts that ingest employee, schedule, time, demand, and payroll data from diverse sources without custom code per customer.
• Transform repetitive custom integration work into reusable platform capabilities such as connectors, mapping tools, sync monitoring, and self‑serve configuration.
• Manage authentication, authorization, tenancy, PII handling, and compliance requirements for enterprise audits.
• Improve time‑to‑first‑value for deployments and feed deployment friction back into the product roadmap.
• Make integration health a product feature by adding observability, reconciliation, data‑quality signals, and clear failure states.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in technical product management, preferably with enterprise SaaS integrations.
• Strong understanding of API design, data modeling, authentication/authorization flows, and enterprise system architectures.
• Ability to read and critique payload schemas and assess scalability of integration solutions.
• Comfortable engaging with both technical teams and customer IT stakeholders.
