Senior Project Manager – E‑Commerce, Marketing & Strategic Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking a senior, commercially‑driven Project Manager to work directly with the President on high‑impact initiatives across e‑commerce, marketing, business development and strategic partnerships. The role demands strong executive communication, negotiation skills and the ability to manage projects from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor strategic projects, developing timelines, budgets, KPIs and execution plans.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives in D2C, marketplaces, digital marketing, brand campaigns and partnership development.
• Build and maintain relationships with international federations, sponsors, agencies and senior external stakeholders.
• Prepare executive‑level reports, dashboards and business cases for the President and senior management.

Required profile

• 10‑15+ years of experience in e‑commerce, digital commerce and marketing strategy.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale, cross‑functional projects and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent English communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Islamabad and experience across multiple global markets.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of e‑commerce platforms and digital business models.
• Experience with brand strategy, customer acquisition and growth campaigns.
• Ability to analyse commercial numbers, ROI and revenue impact.
