Senior Project Manager – Nutrition Programme

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the Benazir Nashonuma Programme across eight districts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, acting as the organisation's senior representative and ensuring effective delivery of nutrition interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and represent the organisation with government, BISP, NADRA, UN agencies and other stakeholders.
• Plan, execute and monitor programme activities, manage risks and ensure timely reporting.
• Oversee provincial HR, logistics and programme teams, mentor district staff and coordinate capacity‑building.
• Manage procurement, logistics and financial resources, ensuring compliance with donor and organisational policies.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance, ensure data quality and document lessons learned.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Nutrition, Public Health, Social Sciences, Project Management or related field.
• 5‑7 years of professional experience in nutrition or maternal‑child health programmes, including 2‑5 years in a senior or provincial‑level project management role.
• Proven experience managing UN or donor‑funded humanitarian/development projects.
• Fluency in English and Urdu; working knowledge of Saraiki/KP is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Office and relevant data/reporting software.
• Knowledge of health/nutrition data collection tools.
