Senior Reliability Engineer

About the role

Senior Reliability Engineer within the Technical Center (TC) Department, supporting high‑value QHSE services such as Asset Integrity Management and Reliability Centered Maintenance across the Middle East region.

Key responsibilities

• Execute reliability studies including Asset Register, Criticality Assessment, RCM, FMEA, RCA and defect elimination.
• Develop and implement maintenance optimisation strategies, integrate IoT‑based condition monitoring and use predictive analytics for early fault detection.
• Prepare technical reports, KPIs and improvement recommendations, and support reliability improvement for aging facilities.
• Coordinate with vendors, IT teams and activity managers across regions to maintain IoT connectivity and monitoring platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Control Engineering or equivalent.
• 5‑10 years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance optimisation and asset integrity management.
• CMRP certification and proven experience with RCM methodology.
• Ability to work in multicultural teams, under pressure and with high integrity.

Required skills

• Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

• IoT‑based condition monitoring, predictive analytics, anomaly detection.
• CMMS, SAP, APM systems and reliability software.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities.
