Senior Rider Payments Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and results‑driven Senior Specialist to shape rider payment and incentive strategies across our regional logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Define and optimise rider payment and incentive models, creating frameworks that balance consistency with local market needs.
• Monitor financial impact, cost‑per‑order trends and ensure incentive structures support profitability and fleet retention.
• Analyse large datasets to uncover trends, inefficiencies and actionable insights for rider payments and logistics performance.
• Drive regional rollout of data‑science models and automation tools for payment optimisation.
• Introduce innovative payment techniques, test new components such as dynamic pricing, surge models and quest incentives.
• Collaborate with central product teams to influence payment‑related feature development and ensure successful adoption.
• Partner with operations, finance, product and local market stakeholders to implement refined incentive structures.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in high‑growth tech, logistics, strategy consulting or investment banking; gig‑economy or marketplace experience is a plus.
• University degree in STEM, Economics, Business or a quantitative field.
• Exceptional English communication skills, comfortable challenging the status quo and negotiating with senior leaders.
