Senior Sales Agent

About the role

The Senior Sales Agent is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Islamabad. You will sell J.Sons Communications’ lead‑generation services to insurance agents, agencies and corporate clients across the United States, matching leads to each client’s geographic preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients through inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored lead‑generation solutions.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches, negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals.
• Build and manage a portfolio of accounts, follow up on leads and provide ongoing client support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of services.
• Achieve sales targets while fostering long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Proven sales and negotiation experience in telesales, telemarketing or business development, preferably within insurance or financial services.
• Excellent spoken English, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with diverse clients.
• Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.
• Analytical and organizational abilities to assess client needs and manage multiple accounts.
• Results‑focused mindset with the capacity to meet and exceed targets.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email, spreadsheets and online communication tools.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred.
