About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Closer to drive revenue by selling AEC, Construction, BIM, and Estimation services to US and Canadian clients.
Key responsibilities
- Close qualified leads and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Conduct discovery calls, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain client relationships.
- Sell services including Construction Estimation, Quantity Takeoffs, BIM, Revit, Architectural, Structural and MEP solutions.
- Convert opportunities into long‑term business partnerships.
Required profile
- Proven B2B sales and closing experience (2–5+ years).
- Experience selling AEC/Construction/BIM/Estimation services.
- Preferable experience with US/Canadian clients.
- Strong English communication, negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
