Senior Sales Closer – eCommerce Services Expert

About the role

A fast-growing company serving eCommerce businesses offers services from marketing and performance media buying to logistics, technology and automation. It is looking for a top-performing sales closer who has sold services or SaaS to DTC brands, dropshippers or Amazon sellers. The role reports to the Head of Growth / CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify and close inbound and outbound leads from eCommerce founders and decision-makers
• Run discovery calls, demos and sales presentations
• Diagnose pain points and tailor service solutions to each client's goals
• Manage CRM and pipeline, tracking deals, follow-ups and progress toward targets
• Work with marketing and delivery teams to improve messaging and client onboarding

Required profile

• 3+ years selling services or SaaS to eCommerce brands (agencies, software, fulfillment, creative, etc.)
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding $150K-$200K+ monthly quotas
• Mastery of consultative selling, objection handling and closing 4-6 figure deals
• Top-tier written and spoken English; high energy, self-motivated and result-driven
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first startup culture

Required skills

• CRM management (HubSpot, Close, GoHighLevel or similar)
• Direct-response, paid media, CRO or Shopify optimization background is a bonus
