Senior Sales Executive - High-Value B2B Sales

About the role

SanitaryPlanet is looking for a Senior Sales Executive specializing in high-value B2B sales in Islamabad. The role focuses on engaging a discerning clientele, building trusted long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions. It suits someone who can close premium deals of three million PKR or more without managing a team, working closely with clients to understand their needs and present strong value propositions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with premium and high-end clients to reach substantial sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through tailored solutions and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and deals to close high-value sales of three million PKR or more while maximizing profit margins.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and grow the client base.
• Collaborate with internal teams so products and services are delivered according to client requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts and reports to track progress and support business decisions.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Represent SanitaryPlanet professionally at industry events, client meetings and presentations.
• Handle client objections and resolve issues promptly to protect loyalty.
• Refine sales techniques and product knowledge continuously.

Required profile

• At least five years of proven experience closing premium deals of three million PKR or more.
• Experience in B2B sales and home automation solutions, preferably in the automation or smart home industry.
• Excellent negotiation skills and confidence in achieving sales targets without managing a team.
