Senior Sales Executive

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive will lead the sales effort for Falaknaz Group's residential and commercial projects in Karachi. This full‑time, on‑site position manages the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Karachi real‑estate market.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and conduct site visits.
• Coordinate with marketing to align sales strategies with current campaigns and inventory.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and generate regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within real estate or property development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• In‑depth knowledge of the local Karachi real‑estate market and willingness to conduct regular client and site visits.
