Senior Sales Executive

About the role

Pronto Spaces (Pvt) Ltd, an end-to-end service provider for production design of restaurants, banks, corporate offices and retail spaces across Pakistan, is hiring a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive in Lahore. The role drives new business and manages key client relationships, working with diverse industries and high-profile clients in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients and pitch Pronto Spaces' end-to-end solutions
• Prepare proposals and quotations aligned with client requirements and company standards
• Conduct regular client meetings and follow up on leads
• Negotiate contracts
• Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure accurate scoping and smooth delivery

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline; relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the local market in Lahore and broader Pakistan; prior experience with corporate and retail clients is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, production and operations

Required skills

• Strong business development and B2B sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting and client relationship management
• Experience in solution selling, proposal development and contract negotiation, ideally in construction, interior design or project-based services
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Solid organisational and time-management abilities, including pipeline management and follow-up discipline
• Proficiency with basic office software and sales tools
