Senior Sales Manager – Hair Care Products

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Peshawar. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive revenue growth for Elizora London’s high‑performance hair‑care range and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Set, monitor and achieve sales targets across the region.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans.
• Mentor and manage a team of sales professionals.
• Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sales initiatives with product development and marketing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales strategy development and client relationship management.
• Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Organisational and time‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Experience in the beauty, personal care or hair‑care industry is advantageous.
