About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager / Team Lead with 10+ years of experience in the real estate industry (Property Sales). The role is based in Karachi and offers a salary as per experience plus sales commission up to 5 Lac.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience in the real estate industry (property sales).
- Strong network of high‑value investors and property clients.
- Extensive experience in commercial property.
- Proven track record in generating sales and attracting investors and builders.
- Experience working with well‑established and reputable builders & developers.
- Strong connections within the real estate market.
- Ability to lead and manage a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
