Senior Security Warden

About the role

Emirates is seeking a proactive Senior Security Warden to oversee the safe handling of cargo and airport operations in Pakistan. You will work closely with the Shift Supervisor to ensure compliance with Emirates' security standards and international aviation regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise security operations across cargo handling, aircraft access, and baggage processing.
• Monitor cargo screening, high‑value consignments, and secure movement of goods.
• Collaborate with contracted security service providers, airport stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
• Identify, investigate, and report security incidents or suspicious activities promptly.
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure adherence to NCASP, TSA/EU, and GCAA standards.

Required profile

• Higher secondary qualification.
• Minimum four years of experience in military, police, airline security, or a related security environment, or at least one year as a Security Warden.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Valid driving licence and legal right to work in Pakistan.
• Valid Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) Screening Certification.
