Senior SEO & Google Ads Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SEO & Google Ads Expert to lead our digital marketing strategy. In this role you will optimise our online presence, manage high‑impact Google Ads campaigns and drive qualified traffic that converts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and increase website traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover content and campaign opportunities.
• Manage, optimise and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, Discovery and other formats.
• Analyse website performance metrics and user behaviour to refine SEO and PPC tactics.
• Collaborate with content creators to align SEO best practices with content development.
• Stay current with algorithm updates and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of hands‑on experience in SEO and Google Ads management.
• Proven track record of improving search rankings and delivering ROI‑focused PPC results.
• Experience working in both B2B and B2C environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Required skills

• SEO (including AEO, GEO, content pillar and semantic SEO)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Discovery campaigns)
• Keyword research and competitive analysis
• Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz (or similar SEO tools)
• A/B testing and conversion‑rate optimisation
• HTML and CSS basics
