Senior Social Media Manager – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

We are a fast‑growing digital marketing agency looking for a senior‑level Social Media Manager to lead the organic growth of e‑commerce and local business clients. The role is fully remote and full‑time, offering the chance to shape content strategies across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage several client social media accounts, handling content creation, scheduling and organic growth.
• Develop and maintain tailored content calendars aligned with each client’s objectives, tone and audience.
• Craft compelling copy, captions and hashtags for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Produce high‑quality visuals using templates or design software while ensuring brand consistency.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate monthly organic performance reports and adjust strategies based on insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to align campaign messaging and goals.
• Stay current with platform updates, trends and best practices, including short‑form video creation for Reels, TikTok and Shorts.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience managing social media for e‑commerce or local business clients.
• Proven record of growing accounts organically through strategic content and engagement.
• Strong writing ability with adaptable messaging for different platforms.
• Self‑driven, detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a remote, time‑tracked environment with standard 9 am–5 pm weekdays.
