Senior Software Engineer – Integrations

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer specialized in integrations to design, develop, and maintain robust integration solutions using IBM App Connect, IBM MQ, and related technologies. You will guide junior team members, ensure high‑quality delivery, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integration solutions on IBM ACE/MQ, including data mapping, transformation, ESQL, routing, and connectors.
• Provide technical leadership to junior engineers and oversee code quality.
• Design and implement integration workflows, scripts, and APIs using relevant technologies.
• Plan, execute, and document testing to guarantee reliability and performance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, specifications, and configuration records.
• Produce regular status reports and maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
• Investigate integration issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and deliver effective resolutions.
• Develop SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and handover materials for support and operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in integration development.
• Proven technical leadership in middleware and integration platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven, agile environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
