Senior Solar Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Solar Sales Manager to join our team in Islamabad. The role focuses on driving solar energy solutions sales, converting leads into customers, and expanding our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients interested in solar energy solutions.
• Convert qualified leads into sales through professional consultation and closing techniques.
• Conduct cold calls, follow‑ups, and client meetings to generate new business opportunities.
• Educate customers on solar products, benefits, and financial savings.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of proven experience in solar industry sales or business development.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully closing sales and converting leads.
• Strong knowledge of solar systems, products, and the sales process.
• Experience with cold calling, client handling, and sales negotiation.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
