Senior Specialist – Courier Pricing Performance

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical, results‑driven Senior Specialist to shape rider payment and incentive strategies across 16 diverse markets. You will act as the bridge between strategic business goals and day‑to‑day logistics operations, using data‑driven insights to improve rider earnings, fleet satisfaction, and overall logistics performance while keeping financial sustainability in focus.

Key responsibilities

• Define, optimize, and govern rider payment and incentive models, ensuring alignment with business objectives and local market nuances.
• Monitor financial impact, cost‑per‑order trends, and profitability targets while maintaining sufficient rider supply.
• Analyse large datasets to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in rider payments and logistics operations.
• Lead regional rollout of data‑science models and automation tools for payment and operational efficiency.
• Drive innovation by testing and launching new pay components such as dynamic pricing, surge models, and quest incentives.
• Collaborate with the central product team to translate business needs into product features and ensure successful adoption.
• Partner with operations, finance, product, and local logistics teams to tailor incentive structures to market‑specific challenges.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing and managing incentive or pricing models within a logistics or delivery environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the capacity to work across multiple markets.
• Results‑oriented, comfortable challenging the status quo and driving continuous improvement.
