Senior SQA Engineer – Mobile Games

About the role

We are a fast‑growing mobile gaming studio seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer who is passionate about delivering polished, high‑quality games on Android and iOS. You will work closely with developers, designers, and product teams to ensure a smooth, bug‑free player experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and maintain test plans, cases and scenarios for mobile games.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, usability and compatibility testing across Android and iOS devices.
• Identify, document, track and verify bugs using Jira, ClickUp or Trello.
• Validate SDK integrations such as analytics, ad mediation, in‑app purchases and social features.
• Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews and release cycles.
• Support automation initiatives and mentor junior QA team members.
• Conduct post‑release validation and production sanity testing.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on QA experience with mobile applications or games.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum and QA processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Jira, ClickUp, Trello (bug‑tracking/project‑management tools).
• Android and iOS testing.
• Unity game testing workflows (preferred).
• API testing and basic database validation (plus).
• Familiarity with automation tools/frameworks (preferred).
