The role combines strategic planning, data‑driven decision‑making, and supplier relationship management to ensure seamless product flow from suppliers to warehouses and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align supply chain goals with organizational objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end inventory control, including tracking levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment.
• Utilize advanced analytics to drive inventory decisions across multiple warehouse locations.
• Implement best practices for inventory accuracy and optimal turnover rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times to secure favorable outcomes.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews to ensure contractual compliance.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to manage transportation and delivery across all channels.
• Optimize logistics processes for timely delivery while minimizing costs.
• Address supply chain disruptions quickly to minimize operational impact.
• Develop and track KPIs for continuous improvement of supply chain metrics.
• Lead projects aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain and inventory management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce supply chain dynamics and best practices.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and evaluate a high‑performing team.

Required skills
