Senior Systems & Network Administrator (Manufacturing)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Systems & Network Administrator to support our manufacturing client’s IT environment. The role involves managing both office and factory technology, ensuring reliable network performance and secure collaboration tools.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Slack workspace and WhatsApp Business API with automation workflows.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, LAN/WAN, and internet connectivity.
• Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and maintain device inventories.
• Oversee Google Workspace administration – user accounts, shared drives, access controls, and audit logs.
• Enforce data confidentiality, information security policies, and access‑control hierarchies.
• Monitor audit logs and security events, escalating concerns promptly.
• Provide day‑to‑day IT support and help‑desk services for office and factory staff.
• Handle employee onboarding/offboarding by managing system access.
• Train employees on IT tools, security practices, and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of data security governance, access‑control management and incident response.

What we offer

• Salary: PKR 120,000 per month
• Fuel allowance ranging PKR 15,000 – 30,000
• Six‑day work week with defined weekday and Saturday hours
