About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end hiring processes for a global technology leader. This remote position will oversee a distributed recruitment team, optimize talent acquisition systems, and drive hiring efficiency across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee deployment and maintenance of applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
• Manage vendor relationships with staffing agencies and external partners to ensure cost‑effective hiring solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience with applicant tracking systems and HR analytics tools.
• Strong data‑driven decision‑making ability for recruitment optimization.
• Project management expertise with the capacity to prioritize tasks across multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with global compliance requirements in talent acquisition.
