About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end hiring processes for a global technology leader. This fully remote position will oversee a distributed recruitment team, design scalable hiring workflows, and drive data‑focused improvements across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable talent acquisition workflows to streamline sourcing and onboarding.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
• Analyze hiring metrics and performance data to identify process improvements and reduce time‑to‑fill.
• Oversee deployment and maintenance of applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
• Manage vendor relationships with staffing agencies and external partners to ensure cost‑effective hiring solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment in a global or multi‑business environment.
• Strong project‑management abilities with a focus on prioritizing tasks across stakeholders.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in global talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating internal teams and external partners.
